Lead Generation Model:

 

The Lead Generation Model offers three options but the calculation used is only from Option 3. The others are for your information only.

  1. Option 1: Shows what your lead generation costs will be in the event 100% of your business comes from your “Met” database. It will also tell you how many names if you need to add to your “Met” database if there are not enough to meet your goal.
  2. Option 2: Shows what your lead generation costs will be if 100% of your business comes from your “Haven’t Met” database. The system will also tell you how many names you need to meet your goal.
  3. Option 3: On the Assumptions Page you will have indicated what percentage of transactions will come from your “Met” and “Haven’t Met” database. This option will calculate the cost of the combined marketing to these two groups. The system will also tell you if you have enough names to meet your goal.

The “Total Lead Generation Costs” value in the first year column is automatically transferred to the “Lead Generation Cost” field on your Budget Model.
